Refund Policy

This policy explains eligibility and timing for refunds on Cryptonix Softwares services.

1. Deposits and Project Work

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, you may request a full refund of the deposit.

2. Milestone Payments

Refunds for milestone-based projects are evaluated based on completed work. Any completed milestone remains billable and is not refundable.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period starts. You may cancel to prevent future charges.

4. Exceptions

We may issue a refund for duplicate charges or billing errors. Contact support within 7 days of the charge.
